To better serve you and give an adequate estimate of value it is best for you to include information on any major repairs which have been done in the past 5 years, any special or unique features which your property has, any information as to why you chose to purchase this property, and any additional information that you feel may help us better understand your property.  Depending on the information provided and the uniqueness of your property,  we may need to contact you before completing the Market Analysis with additional questions or to request viewing the property.

The preliminary Market Analysis is typically done from the information you provide, public records and viewing the property from the street and is generally a good estimate of the approximate market price.  Before you market your property a full interior Market Analysis or Appraisal should be done to determine a more accurate market price.   We would be happy to do an interior market on any home.  Please include contact information if you would prefer an interior market.
